I have decided to start and do my blog again.
Sad day today as R and L are leaving us. We have had a wonderful time with them as they are so much fun. They are packing now and dreading the journey home. We plan to just relax today then take them to the airport around 11pm. Liam is hoping there is a TV for him to watch the England game in the airport as they don't fly till 2-45am. We will miss part of the game but will catch some of it when we get home.
Had my first visit with the personal trainer this morning. I had a good weight session he will do my body fat and measurements next week then plan my programme. I'm still doing my Zumba on Wed/Thurs. I love Zumba as it does not feel like exercise but you certainly feel you have had a work out the next day.
We had a crisis last week, our TV packed in so we had to buy a new one. Sam sent me and Liam to buy a new one as he did not want to miss any of the World Cup games.
I'm back at work tomorrow 11/7 so will get back into my routine of things.

I wonder if Sameer would have been as quick to get a new TV if it was something you wanted to watch?
You are right Fuad. We have needed a new TV for a long time. I knew once the Football started it would not be long before he got one.
Did that Zumba play for Ghana a couple of seasons ago? Graham
Hurrah! back blogging and not before time! Yes we could have done with a new T.V when we were there. It would have made "Maria" So much better. lol!. I bet you have had a good time with L&R. do you think they will go to Oz for good at some point?
Sheila, they both have said yes. Not straight away in a couple of years. All depends how visas go. The TV is good a bit bigger than the other one. I agree would have been good to watch Maria x
Sameer,send the tv back after the world cup,(you did get it on a return after 30days didn't you?)you don't want to be watching that crap Sandra has on ,on a big screen.Graham
